Since January, 2022 the parish has been in Vacancy and we are looking forward to the appointment of our new Priest-in-Charge.             The position is now advertised in the Church Times and on the Gloucester Diocese website

A ‘Families’ and Children’s Worker’ is being actively sought and a job description has been agreed by the PCC.

Advertising for this position will go ahead shortly. The appointment will be part-time, three days a week for an initial period of three years.

A Message from Bishop Rachel

I am delighted to be able to announce that the Revd Rachel Forrest (previously the Revd Rachel Murray) has accepted my offer to become the Interim Priest-in-Charge of the Parish of Longlevens in the Gloucester City Deanery. This will be for a period of three years as the Deanery Strategic Planning Process in the Diocese begins to take shape.

Rachel’s licensing service will be at Holy Trinity, Longlevens at 3pm on Sunday 12 June 2022.

Rachel will be presiding at the 10.30am Parish Communion at St Peter’s on Sunday 22 May as her final service for Winchcombe Parish. A bring and share lunch party is being planned for this day.
